The thing that makes this app the best is the fact that it can serve a dual purpose, with some fantastic examples to help somebody to learn, while also providing some useful solvers to provide help once you know how to do something. These are particularly useful, as they are the perfect way to check answers or even to do quick calculations if you are in a hurry. With both features, this means that it will always be useful, and this makes it a great purchase.

Im simply amazed at this app, due to the amount of help that it can provide and how useful it is. Its probably one of the most useful apps in the App Store if you study calculus. The information that it contains, as the description says, its exactly like having an expert helping you along the way, especially with the tutorials, as the guidance is simple to understand but still useful. Having an expert in your iPhone is fantastic, especially when its available at this price.

It was confusing and it gave only the basics. The "tutorial" was a single picture that explained nothing.

might as well get math pro. it has everything from calc pro plus all those other ones.

...and youll find that you cant since the built-in ios keypad upon which this app relies does not have a square root symbol. This app needs its own keypad -- it is an absolute pain trying to input math functions without a dedicated keypad.

Nice set of very useful math info and tutorials

Really love this app especially when I have hard times understanding some Math things like Integrals or Derivatives. This app helps a lot

Hey.. You could go online.. But if you actually followed in class, this makes life easier, but .. I think this app needs more example problems and perhaps some really complicated ones that apply combinations of the lessons..this app was free and at least i have all the topics i could look up onlineand verify with this app ... And this app doesnt hog alot of memory.. Good job :p

I never knew calculus now I do.

Anything that makes me life easier is worth it in my opinion and Calculus Pro meets that goal. Ive found it really quick to use as I can just launch the app and get to what I want within seconds, and with the solvers I can get answers to my questions within seconds as well… much quicker than having to work them out by hand or calculator!

its very reliable but some more formulas in the integration and derivative portion wouldnt be bad… hope u see this and add some basic formulas as well

No complaints from me for this app as not only is it worth $0.99 but its actually worth so much more! The tutorials and examples, along with the solvers really are priceless! The best calculus app in the app store without a doubt!!! This is awesome!!!
